A private client reached out requesting a single storey side extension to their home in Lee, London. After carrying out due diligence we discovered that the proposed works fell under their permitted development rights for homeowners. We proceeded to develop the required drawings and documentation then submit a lawful development application.

Works for this are still ongoing.
